How can I create an Online compiler/Interpreter editor or is there any third party app that can be integrated? [on hold]

I am looking out for some solution where I can start developing an Online compiler/Interpreter editor. For Eg: http://code.hackerearth.com/5c4db5N Are there any third Party Pulgin Available or any way to do from scratch I am a PHP Dev. ? Looking for some possible hints how I can start with. Any link to good blog or tutorial.

May be its not right place to ask this question but at least I can get best solutions here from experienced professionals.
